So, this is the year! We get a new number every 365 days, but some are especially noteworthy. The baby has a very first birthday, or it’s double digits for a child turning ten. Sweet Sixteen, twenty-one, and suddenly it’s the Big 4-0! Whatever milestone you’re marking, you’ll find an invitation to kick off the celebration.

Games can revolve around The Number, too. Everybody gets that number of turns or guesses, or it’s the number of hops or steps we take Simon Says. Make a group game out of compiling a list of interesting facts and positive traits about the Birthday Star, one for each year being celebrated. Try counting down the birthday number for blowing out the candles. You’ll probably think of even more ways to highlight The Number of this extra-significant year and have a great Milestone Birthday Party!
