How
do I choose a greeting card to send?
Easily browse Greetings Island home
page and click on a card thumbnail either from our "featured
cards", "new cards" or our categories listed
at the center of the home page. Note that you can also be
specific by choosing a sub-category. For example: if your
want to send a love card to a man, simply choose the sub-category-
"For him" under the major category of "Love
and romance". After you choose a category, simply click
the greeting card thumbnail to view it. You can go back
and choose other card if you aren't interested at the card
you viewed. |

How
do I send a greeting card?
After you chose a card you need to customize it. First of all you need to fill the recipient's
name, then his e-mail, your name and your e-mail. You
can send the card for up to 20 recipients. Next step is adding your personal message to the e-card, write as much text as you wish. You can also choose the your message font color, style and size.In order to
know if the recipient picked the card you sent, choose
the box next to where its written (optional). You can also send a copy of the card to your mail by choosing the next box. In order
to apply to our newsletter, also check the box next to
it. Now you can send the card by clicking "send"
button, or preview the card by clicking on "preview"
button if you're not sure if the card looks like you wanted
it to be look like.

I
fill all the required details when I customize an greeting
card, and the system doesn't allow me to preview it. What's
wrong?
First of all check that you filled all the required fields
(your name and e-mail and the recipients name and e-mail).
Then make sure that you spelled both of the e-mail addresses
correctly- those must contain a "@", at least one
dot (.) and a legal end such as .com , .net , .org .ca , etc. |

How
do I pick up a greeting card that someone sent me?
After someone sends you a greeting card you suppose to get
an e-mail with directions on how to pick up the card. You
will get a URL that all you need is to click it or cut&paste
it into your browser. Another option is to cut (using Ctrl+C)
the card number from the e-mail you've been sent, click
on "Click here to pick up Greeting cards" link
on our main page, then just paste
(Ctrl+V) the card number at the box and click on "Go!"
besides it. |

I
can't view a greeting card sent to me or a card I want to
send.
If you can't view a card, it is probably because you don't
have the system or plugin requirements. Make sure that Macromedia
flash is 8.0 or above is installed at your computer. You can
download it from here.
Also, the required browsers are Internet Explorer 5.5 or above,
or Netscape 7.0 or above. |

For
how much time I can view a card that has been sent to me
or that I sent?
Each card is available for viewing for up to 30 days from
the moment it has been sent. After this time, the card is
automatically being deleted from our database. |
